SOUR IPA - 35 IBU 4.5% ABV
 
A vibrant and refreshing Sour IPA that blends the tartness of a sour ale with the delicate bitterness and aroma of an IPA. The nose reveals citrusy notes of lime and grapefruit, accompanied by tropical hints and a subtle funky touch from the lactic fermentation. On the palate, the crisp acidity perfectly balances the hop bitterness, creating a dynamic and highly drinkable beer.
